Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026 fieldstatic.shop

We keep this short and honest. Fieldstatic is a small operation — we collect only what we need to handle your order and keep the site working. We don't sell your data. Ever.

01 Who we are

This policy covers the website at fieldstatic.shop ("Fieldstatic", "we", "us"), which offers product information and lets you place an order. If you have any privacy question, email us at support@fieldstatic.shop and a human will read it.

02 What we collect

We only collect data in two situations: when you place an order, and automatically as part of normal web traffic.

DataWhenWhy
Email addressWhen you place an orderTo send you order confirmations and important updates about your order.
IP addressAutomatically, with each requestSecurity, abuse prevention, and basic geographic context.
Browser / user-agentAutomatically, with each requestTo keep the site compatible and diagnose problems.
TimestampWhen you place an orderTo keep a record of when your order was placed.
Usage & analytics dataWhile you browse, where analytics is active (see section 04)How the site is used — pages viewed, links clicked, and how you move through the site — so we can understand what works and improve it.

We do not ask for or store payment details on this site, and we don't collect special categories of personal data.

03 How we use it

Our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (to handle your order), your consent (for analytics cookies and any optional marketing), and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (for technical logs).

04 Cookies & similar technologies

A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. We use a minimal set. If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, analytics cookies load only after you accept them. Elsewhere, they are on by default and you can opt out at any time from the banner shown on your first visit.

Your choice sticks. When you accept or decline, we store that preference in your browser (not a tracking cookie — just a small flag) so we don't ask again.

Changed your mind? Clear this site's storage in your browser settings and the banner will reappear, letting you choose again.

05 Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data and we don't share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate, and they only process data on our behalf:

We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

06 How long we keep it

We keep your order details for as long as needed to handle your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then remove them — or sooner if you ask us to. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, then rotated out.

07 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these — including deleting your data — just email support@fieldstatic.shop and we'll handle it promptly.

If you're in the EU or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and our lawful bases are described in section 03. If you're a California or other US-state resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out — and we do not sell your personal information, nor share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

08 Data security

Your details are stored in a dedicated database that's isolated from any other system, and the site is served over HTTPS. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we keep the footprint small on purpose — less collected means less at risk.

09 Children

Fieldstatic is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we'll delete it.

10 Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting cookies will reset the consent banner so you can choose again.
